My customer service rep Somalia (Mollie) was vey knowledge about what charm I was looking for. She also suggested other charms that would work well with the charm I picked and a ring that matched the free gift I received prior. She also had a very good relatable personality and easy to speak with.

Customer service was quick. She was knowledgeable about jewelry. She had great recommendations.

The store was bright and clean as soon as I stepped in. (I had never visited the store before) I was immediately and politely greeted. The store manager was super helpful and easily exchanged what I needed along with showing me amazing options to go with my new ring; of course a bought more. We even talked about her family and her one of a kind Pandora ring. I will absolutely use this coupon - glad she told me- to buy more gems :)

I went to get an anniversary gift for my girlfriend and the associate helped me pick the perfect one. I had no clue on what to get she showed interest as if it was hers and helped me! Her name was Mollie. 10/10.
