I was very satisfied with coming to pandora. We came in looking for a charm for my bracelet, got welcomed with friendly faces, nice smile and great customer service. Got a great deal of buy 2 items get one free. Thank you so much for all the fantastic help. We definitely will be back soon.

My daughter wished to get a Mothers Day gift for me and she chose a Pandora bracelet with the charms of my children's birthstones and Jesus' cross. Becka was very helpful in explaining the bracelet and the charms. This was my first visit to Pandora and I will be making an upcoming purchase as I would like to get a gift for my daughter along with a Mothers Ring for my daughter in law. I am looking at Wedding rings as my husband would like to purchase a traditional setting for when we married I used a trinity ring that I had already obtained. Becka is an incredible sales person and I look forward to seeing her or other helpful sales associates in the near future.

Store is close by. Prices are reasonable. I like the jewelry that they sell.

Becka J No. 214904 was awesome! I came in to buy something to celebrate, but didn't really have an idea of what I wanted. She listened to me, got to know me, made some suggestions, and we found a fantastic addition to my bracelet!

I needed to make an exchange and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the product and how to support this transaction. While I was there, my daughter found something she liked and I was able to add it to my transaction. The staff was positive and a joy to interact with, and took the extra time with my daughter to be sure she knew how to care for her new item as well. I will certainly return to this store for purchases.

I was quickly greeted by Becka and she helped me find the charms I was looking for. She also showed me the newest charms in the Spring collection and items I might be in interested in. Everything in the store is always clean and sparkling. The only thing I would improve is finding a way to make sure the stock verification online for the store is accurate. Online it showed that the two charms I purchased were out of stock at this store, but they had them in stock for me to purchase. It would be nice if the new catalog could be mailed to me. Great store. Great service.
