I went there Saturday after having to bury my wife's horse that passed away ,I wanted a angel charm to represent him .The associate I wish I remembered his name found the angel and a few similar charms .I ended up choosing a charm he picked out .I like the lansing mall location everyone in there are so nice and helpful

Jackie greeted us with great enthusiasm, asked what the occasion was we were shopping for, let us know about the current deals and helped when we were having a difficult time trying to decide between products. A few times, other staff members came over to assist. It was truly a team effort. I enjoyed the customer service.
