Kenric was great with my 10 year old son who was picking out a charm for his mother for Christmas.

I had checked online for the charm I wanted, but was told it was out of stock and recommended I contact the store in East Lansing (according to records, they had the charm I was interested in). I contacted the store and was very impressed with the courtesy and promptness of Becka. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the ordering process. Since this was my first purchase of Pandora, I was not able to rate the quality of the merchandise as I haven't received it yet. I'm sure I'll love the charm and my granddaughter will too come Christmas.
