I was able to find the exact charms I was looking for in my visit and was helped by Taylor H at the eastwood towncenter. She was very helpful and nice.

I’ve always loved Pandora.!! The sale associates were very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect charms for my daughter’s birthday!

My jewelry associate was super friendly, and when I asked a question she was unsure of she immediately sought out assistance from a co worker. The store was clean, I was greeted as soon as I entered in a non pushy way.

Our sales person was kind, thoughtful, and willing to listen.

Salesperson was very patient and informative even though we had no idea what we wanted to purchase. We were using a gift certificate and were able to find great bracelets and earrings to pick from the large selection we were shown!

They "held" a charm for me until I could get to the store. It was good to see sales people without masks. A sales person I worked with 5 yrs. ago walked up to me and addressed me by my first name--I was impressed.

The manger was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the jewelry.

The ladies really care about how well you are please with Every piece jewelry you pick out. They really ask what you like and need each piece to say. I love shopping for myself and others I care about at Pandora!
