It was my first time and the wait wasn't long at all. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful when it came to locating what I was looking for. She also explained everything greatly as far as returns or replacements.

It was easy and knowledgeable! She took time to get to know me and what I liked and she was just awesome! While I was looking, my cousin had some questions and she also helped her.

The staff was very nice welcoming and knowledgeable. They made my shopping experience fun. Showed me some options that I didn’t know were available that I ended up purchasing and taught me things about my bracelet.

Thus store is amazing. Staff are friendly, helpful and know their Pandora!
