Every time I come into the store the customer service is always great. The store is always clean. The sales associate is always friendly. They are always patient and kind. They always do a great job.

My salesperson Karen, went above and beyond to assist me. I have three Pandora bracelets and two of them (rose gold) was turning black. Karen took her time to assist me and help clean my bracelets. For this, I am grateful to have encountered such a wonderful person and experience.
