Suzanne was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me with what I needed to make my bracelet even more beautiful! She helped me organize it and buy what I needed to make sure I didn’t lose any more charms. What I enjoyed the most is that she wasn’t tying to force me to purchase anything. Her help was genuine. I’m going back this week so we can organize the new charms I purchased online once they arrive. Suzanne is AWESOME!!!!
