Everybody is always nice and professional, always enjoy small talk. When I find something or want to try on, the're always very quick on knowing where it is and grabbing it. They also handle the jewerly carefully and always offer to clean my own pandora jewerly when I'm there, I ended up buying the cleaning kit which is VERY useful!
