All of the associates were very kind. An associate held the charms I was looking for and told me about the upcoming sale. Ana and Karen helped us a lot but all of the associates working that day were very helpful.

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly staff. They knew exactly what charms would fit my need. They answered all of my questions and helped me in a timely manner.

The store we very clean and we where greeted so soon as we walked im to the door. She also got my daughter excited about buying jewelry i plan on going back this weekend.

The sales lady was really nice and helpful. She saw me looking at rings and sized my finger for me. When I asked about the charm, she gave me everything that matched what I was looking for.

My first day in town and stopped in made a purchase and the staff was so very nice and respectful, not often you see this anymore so kudos to the Lansing pandora staff and I will definitely return for many more purchases. Thank you so very much.
