The associates were very nice and knowledgeable. The time it took for my bracelets and charms to be cleaned was very fast. The items I initially visited for were in stock.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora shopping experience because I was able to get right in and look at what I wanted. The sales associate was great and dealt with me not being able to choose what I wanted, she didn’t show any annoyance at all and I normally get that! It was a great time!

I went in to seek help with my rings that had been oddly oxide, and this wonderfully welcoming lady helped me and reassured me that I was in great hands and then she helped me get them back to new, and helped me along with the other lady there they helped me find more rings to add to my collection!

I was greeted very kindly by an associate immediately upon arriving at the store. The associate was very knowledgeable about the products. The associate was able to answer my questions about how to clean the jewelry and how to maintain it. The store was very clean, peaceful, inviting and overall a pleasure to be in.

Friendly employees that helped narrow down to what I wanted. I came into the store not knowing what I wanted at all, and the employee was very nice and very patient with me and helped me with trying on rings.
