I shop at this store a lot. Always pleased with everything.

The staff member was very nice, let me try on barclets to get the right fit. Was not pushy at all, told us about upcoming sales and showed me all the charms I wanted see. Very easy to work with. Laura G was great!

Loved how eager and happy Suzanne was to help me. She immediately made eye contact with me the moment I walked through the doors and walked right to me to help.

The sales lady was very helpful. She was patient with us while we were looking through the charms, even though it was close to closing time. I would like to come back to this location if I lived closer to Lansing.
