The store manager recognized me from previous visits and acknowledged me even though she was busy with another customer. She seemed glad to see me.

Loved the sales assistant. She was very knowledgeable and helped with my selections.

Sales associate(s) were friendly , knowledgeable, and motivated. She did this without being high pressure sales and offered several options. Did not try and upsell us on anything. Instead she was very genuine.

I didn’t notice the music.

Great staff to help you out. Reminded me of the 20% off last chance items.

Leah was amazing! I originally purchased my bracelet at Disney World on February 2019. Had to exchange it on April as it broke. The 2nd one broke last week. Leah was so sweet to exchange it again for a new type of bracelet even though it was exchanged in the past. She helped me find a new charm to honor my sister who is in the hospital fighting stage 4 cancer. Leah was sympathetic when I started to cry about my sister and was very understanding. Pandora’s lucky to have a great employee like her.

Ana was extremely helpful. She recommended several gift options; even mixing metal which I thought was beautiful. I was purchasing a gift and she even gift wrapped it for me. I will definitely be back. :-)

This is the only Pandora store I shop at... I go there quite often and I prefer to see Rachel for my purchases. This time I only purchased a gift card for my cousin's birthday to put inside her card... I have also been making online purchases as well... I intend to go see Rachel soon because my bracelet was stolen so I need a replacement.

The saleswomen were knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. I enjoyed speaking with them and comparing rings to choose. I ended up choosing something else than what I came into the store for because of their choices.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The customer service representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable. I completed my transaction in less than thirty minutes.
