I didn’t really have anything in mind I wanted but the associate helped me pick out two girl items!

The associate that helped me, Leah, was very helpful. She explained all the prices and jewelry they had to offer in a way that made me want to buy something. It was a very pleasant experience!

Sales personnel were so kind and willing to help. Very knowledgeable of product. Did a great job cleaning my bracelet also.

I was greeting by name when I walked into the store and offered assistance immediately. Karen located all the charms I was interested in seeing and helped me complete my transactions easily. I was even shown some new early arrival spring merchandise. Always a joy to shop at this location.

I visited the E. Lansing Pandora store 3 weeks ago and inquired about certain charms. When I returned for the "Buy More, Get More Sale," my salesperson, Suzanne, remembered me and in fact, had put some charms on hold for me that she knew I was interested in. What a memory she has. All in all, a great experience.
