The sales associate was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The store was busy but every guest was greeted and helped promptly. It’s a smaller store than the ones I’ve shopped before but the selection was comparable!

The store is clean and the merchandise look very lovely in the case. I shop there a lot and all the sales associate are great. I will continue to shop at that store .

I was greeted immediately by a very friendly staff. I was helped instantly (I really do not like to wait). I was in search of a charm for my mom for Valentine’s Day, the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and respected my budget. Not too pushy!

I was VERY VERY highly satisfied because I called prior to going to the store to make sure they had the same bracelet to exchange because I had bought one online that was a little too big. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and assured me that we would figure out my size saying we could take measurements and what not. Later on went in to the store and the lady was ready for me and was SOO polite!! got through the exchange very quickly and educated me on the bracelet about the clips and charms pieces! I will definitely go back to this Pandora!! Suzanne and the other lady Karen I think her name was, was SOO nice and helpful!! I really thought going to a place like this the people were going to be "stuck up" and "Snooty" but no very warm welcoming! Hands down the best First experience ever! Thank you ladies!
