Friendliness, expertise of associate and I shop there now and than.

The women that helped me during my exchange were just wonderful! Both were helpful, welcoming and never made me feel like a criminal for making a return. I simply didn’t love the ring I had purchased. They took the return, helped me find two new replacements and were very speedy as I was in a hurry. Perfect experience! Employees like these are the reason companies stay in business and do well. Kudos!!

The sales person was very helpful. The store was not crowded at the time of our visit. I felt I was able to take my time and not rushed to make my decision. She was very helpful and patient.
