The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and I love the atmosphere of the store and how clean it is.

Although my purchase to exchange was beyond the perimeters of time to exchange the salesperson, Suzanne M (No. 151071), was not only helpful but enabled us to exchange the rings for sizes that fit and was instrumental in providing us with options that turned out beautifully! Very grateful for her knowledge, expertise & thoughtfulness in attending to all our needs and help for the future ones as well :). Such a great experience thanks to Suzanne! Looking forward to what will be in my Christmas stocking this year for sure!!!! :)

Elizabeth and Leah had helped me today. They were so amazing! Knew exactly what I wanted and helped me get my bracelet to perfection. I will definitely be going back to see these wonderful ladies. I have shopped multiple times in this store and every employee always greets me with a smile.

The environment is clean. Things are beautiful. The staff are friendly.

The sales associate was friendly and not pushy. She answered all of my questions. She never rushed me and talked with my young children as I was trying to make a decision. I will return to the store abd hopefully will have Elizabeth help me again.
