Ease of location of the store. The sales staff was available. Staff was helpful.

When I first walked in I was great by smiles. Which made me feel welcomed and my business was appreciated. Which in turns will make me come back again to so more business. The store manager Sandy was so helpful and friendly. The absolute best customer service!!

The women at the store are very helpful. I love that they wear the jewelry, because it is another source of inspiration. Will continue to add to my collection!

Two of the stones fell out of one of my favorite rings. When going in to see about it being fixed or replaced, they didn’t have the ring in store, so the lady helping me called two other stores, and had one of the other stores send the ring over. They called me 3 days later, and I was able to go pick up a brand new ring, in exchange for the old one. No complications.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Explained thoroughly how to care for the merchandise I was purchasing.
