Pandora Jewelry

Suzanne M was extremely helpful and friendly. I decided to stop by the Pandora store at the Eastwood location in East Lansing because I had a diamond fall out of my ring. Suzanne came to help me very quickly and allowed me to exchange my ring for a new one. She also explained to me how to better take care of my jewelry and the entire visit was hassle-free. A great experience over all! I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. She did a wonderful job!

Sales clerk was very knowledgeable. I had purchase some charms in Grand Rapid mi and Charlottle nc. I received better services at this store. Also no one at previous stores inform me of how to clean the charms or bracklets. When you make purchases you would like to pass things down to someone else.
