I had an exchange on a Christmas gift. I had receipt and was able to exchange for what I really wanted,with no fuss or muss on the matter! 😊 I most definitely will be back! The employees were very helpful and friendly as well!

Highly satisfied with pandora because I have bad allergies to fake metal and their jewelry is a very reasonable price. Very beautiful and elegant jewelry, nothing to big or too small, they keep it very simple. The ladies were very nice and helpful! But when I was looking at the rings an employee and customer seemed like they were having a talk where it didn’t seem appropriate for a work/shopping environment.

The associate who assisted me helped me find the perfect promise ring for my boyfriend. She also helped me figure out his finger size without his presence and located the ring for me in seconds!!

I was able to exchange my bracelet for a larger size without any hesitation. There were sizes much larger than what I needed and that made me very happy.

I can not say enough about this store. I had Toni L. waiting on me and also helping another couple. While I was choosing a charm to go with bracelet. Every sales person made sure I was helped. Even though it was the holiday season. I was made to feel special. When I had found a charm but was still looking. Was pondering another. While I was looking the sales person put my charm on the bracelet. When I said I was ready my bracelet was already prepared. And I was told about the discount care boxed set. So now I know exactly how to keep it nice. I am so proud of my bracelet. My first pandora. Not only did my husband make this night special. Your staff and store made me feel special. Thank you so much. I will be back soon for more charms.

I was highly satisfied with this pandora store until my visit on December 24th. My daughter took me there to pick out a ring for Christmas. We entered the store and was assisted by Rachel. Rachel was very rude with comments she made then when I asked for a different associate to wait on my she never apologized for her actions. Then at that point I didn't want my daughter to spend her money at this location. We left with her bing upset because she wanted to by me a pandora ring and didn't want me to have nothing Christmas Day. Luckily there was another jeweler in town that we went to and purchased my pandora ring there. I'm a small business owner and customer service is our priority because of sales and retention of customers. My first two experiences where great and my last which was suppose to be a very memorable moment with my daughter was very poor to say the least. I'm not sure how a company could have Rachel as an assistant manager, I'm hoping she was just having an off day but still in retail you need to overcome that. Will not return again. Azzi jewelry will be out go to from now on and I will let others know about our experice.

The staff was nice. Not overbearing, but helpful when you are ready to be helped. Seem loke genuinely happy people which makes shopping more enjoyable. Love that most of the staff appeared closer to my age than recent birth.
