I went into the store knowing what I wanted but having no idea what it was. The store associate showed me many options with a very high level of knowledge about the products. Walked out very happy.

I was greeted immediately upon entry. I explained what I wanted and the associate immediately grabbed the tray. My checkout process was seamless and fast.

It was my first time visiting one of your stores, and the sales associates were very welcoming and helpful during my visit. The store was very clean and had the items I was seeking to purchase in stock, even just a week before Christmas. Finally, the entire staff was extremely nice and made my visit very pleasant.

The sales associate was very helpful in helping us narrow options down for a gift that fit within the budget we had set. It was great to get the wrapping for free and the candy was a nice touch.

Leah was very helpful! I knew pretty much what exactly I wanted going into the store and she was able to locate the items i wanted very quickly and showed me some other items and discussed the sale items with me as well. I wasn’t exactly in a “rush” on this trip into the store, but i like to get in and out of places around Christmas time to avoid the cluster of people and she made this very possible !

The overall atmosphere of the store was satisfying. The employees were very generous. They helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for! Thanks for the help Pandora

Chantoyia was extremely friendly and helpful while I was purchasing my items. She even provided me with a complimentary cleaning to sustain the life of my bracelet(I need to take advantage of the free cleaning more often). I will continue to shop at the Eastwood establishment due to this experience!!!!
