The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. The store had all the charms I was looking at online that were in back order online. I took advantage of the promotion of a free bangle with $125 purchase. Sales associate told me about it and also explained the cleaning kit, which I also purchased. The jewelry looked great and very sparkly.

Staff was helpful and offered selections in the same product category and we picked. Store was bright and well organized. checkout process was quick with handheld technology

The salesperson asked me if there was a particular theme or color of charm that I was interested in and made helpful suggestions of pieces I may be interested in. I was disappointed that some charms were not available at this location such as the kangaroo charm.

My husband bought me a necklace during your recent promotion of a free ring or earrings with $100 purchase. We went to return the items and I asked about doing an exchange so we could still get the benefit of the promotion. We were told they could not do an exchange and honor the promotion. They had no way to "go back" in the system and do. We were very disappointed that with all the technology available, Pandora has no way to make a return and allow customers to still take advantage of a promotion. If Pandora truly "listens", I would like to have a Pandora representative call me at 517-485-3552 to discuss this. Thank you.
