I felt like I was being rushed. The conversation wasn’t really necessary. They gave their opinion about the product way too much instead of listening to the customer. They rushed me out the store after I have completed my purchase.

Extremely long wait, 25 minutes. Only acknowledged by one associate the whole time. When it was my turn, I wasn’t greeted but told rather rudely to not touch anything and to go look. This was my first time in the store and almost left without buying anything because of how I was “greeted”. I did see a ring that caught my eye so I stayed, I spent a decent amount of money and was then welcomed back soon. From now on, I will ask for another sales associate.

I had hoped I would have gotten a better discount with the buy 2 get one free. I would have bought something more expensive if I had known clearly what each item cost.

The earrings shown in the store I wanted were broken, so the service person ordered them online for me and shipped to my home. I should have them within a week.
