The store did not clean before I went up To the counter. After my purchase the just used a rag to clean off the iPads and the counter. I did not see any spray or cleaner used.

Sales associate Monae was not knowledgeable of products or interested in finding out what i was looking for told me I should just order it on-line, not organized had trays everywhere including floor, I had to keep up with my purchases, associates appearance was not up to the standard I'm use to. Did not wrap gifts professionally.

I was happy with the friendly workers when we got in the store. I was also pleased that they took rings out that were the desired size for us to look at. The store was also very clean and there were no smudges on the glass while looking at products.

I did not care for the first associate who waited on me. Then someone else offered to help me and it was better srrvice!

I believe there should be a selection for boys and men also. Without the sales person it is hard to locate merchandise and sometimes you just want to look without a salesperson. You do a lot out of catalogs when I want to see them myself.

-Not a huge variety of charms as online -Any perks for previous purchases - Lack of details such a complimentary note cards to sign the gift.
