I was charged for the wrong bracelet and had to come back to the store in the evening when we realized we had been overcharged. She took care of it promptly and gave us the credit needed and fixed the problem. I am glad we got it taken care of considering we live three and a half hours away from the store. If Pandora would like to make me a Highly Satisfied customer, then a gift certificate would be appreciated :) But Karen did do a good job. Thank you.

My sales associate was helping me and kept getting interrupted by another associate asking questions. She then had to stop helping me to assist someone else. I understanding needing help and getting answers but I wish she would have waited to asked for help until my sales person was finished with me. I found it a little rude.

I bought a ring and 6 days later the stones fell out of the ring. I am nervous that the new, same ring I got now will break again

The options for my desired line was limited. Most pieces in the book were not available at the store. Sales associate not able to tell me when and if desired items would be available.

Walked in the store and was assisted right away. Sales associates very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions of items they thought I liked and I did purchase them..

The online pictures were a little bit different,also I couldn’t find the color I was looking for, so I end up buying a color that i’m a fan of.

One of the beads I came for was not available. I wish the staff would have gone online for me to see if it was available. Another customer who arrived after me complained that she wasn't greeted or assisted right away. Staff was busy assisting other customers but gave too much time to the complaining guest. Service was pleasant.

too few staff available to assist. staff did not greet me. very little inventorying gold charms. too much rose gold
