The sales clerk was so rude and dismissive. I had to ask for the number to corporate for her to shape up and even then, her attitude only adjusted minimally. She truly ruined my first experience in store.

The assistant manager kept trying to sell me more things. I understand ‘suggestive selling’ but she was ridiculous! I kept telling her I only came in for these two bead and rather then ring me up she kept pushing for more!

The store was clean and neat . The sales lady was not very friendly at all. Was not knowledgeable about any jewelry at all and she was not happy to help me .I could sense she was not happy with her job or to help me , did not smile at all . Even my daughters noticed her customer service was not good

I do not use Pandora products, and was buying a gift for someone else. I didn't appreciate the pushiness of the sales associate, and since it's the holidays, it seems common that people like me are in the store to buy gifts for others but do not shop there ourselves.

There was a lack of service. No one to ask questions to. As well as the wait for assistance was so long that I almost left store without buying anything.

There was a terrible odor in the store and as my first experience I saw very limited charm stock. The charms were hidden away and I guess I was supposed fo just know what I wanted. Not enough sports and no numbers charms. Want lacrosse Charms.

The product that I purchased was not in the box. I had it gift wrapped and I was instructed to check them when I got home as the sales associate believed she forgot one of the rings, and she forgot both of them. I then was instructed that I was to drive back to the store to pick up the rings. It is over an hour round trip to this location and I was not even compensated with anything except for a half hearted apology.
