I wanted a penguin charm but according to the sales person, they do not make them anymore then I asked for a guitar or rock and roll one and she said they do not make them anymore either. She was not very much into selling anything with he attitude

I went to the Pandora in Eastwood Town Center in Michigan. I entered and browsed around for about 10 minutes until an associate was available. Megan began to assist me. Her badge indicated she was the Lead Sales so I expected better service from her. I took off my jewelry to be cleaned and she immediately told me they didn’t do cleaning when the store was busy. There were 4 customers and 4 sales associates, no one was waiting to be serviced. I’ve never been told no in regards to my jewelry being cleaned no matter how busy the store was. I figured since she was the associate providing me assistance it shouldn’t have been an issue. She wasn’t very pleasant the rest of my visit but I didn’t allow her affect my experience. Pandora is my favorite store to buy jewelry so I was very taken back by Megan. I don’t plan on visiting this location in the future but I will continue to shop at other locations, although I appreciate her compliments on my jewelry and wanting to assist me with putting my jewelry back on. I respectfully declined.

I bought 2 Pandora charms which totaled , with tax , $127.20 . Upon leaving the store , I noticed a sign that said I would receive a free bracelet if I spent $135.00 . I asked the sales associate if I would qualify for that special deal if I spent the remainder . She said no because all sales are final . I found it very unprofessional of her , to one .... Not inform me of the special during the sale , and two .... Make no attempt to help me reach that mark so I would qualify .

I made a purchase of over $300 and when I asked for one of my bracelet which had broken in church, to be replaced, the manager suggested that I take it to some random jewelry store to be repaired. If this is how Pandora handles customers, I'm done shopping here.

There was a sales representative that was in the store in Lansing East Lansing store. Let me into the store and told me to hold on and help someone else and continue to help someone else and didn’t acknowledge me or help me and left me standing there for over 20 minutes before I was back up and was like hello can I get some help. There was a young young girl in there they just came in for her shift and she was a man with you please give me a minute I can help you in a matter of fact she had told her Customer she was beginning to help that if you don’t mind can I help this young lady here and I told her thank you for acknowledging me to help her and I will wait for you she was very helpful

The store manager Suzanne is the person who helped me with my return. She tried to tell me that they don’t do returns in store and that is why they sent me a return label to mail them back. When I said that on the packing slip it says I can return it in store she just said okay and started doing my return. I got a charm that’s wasn’t meant for the type of bracelet I had and she was very condescending about it. Being that she is a store manager I was shocked how rude she was and overall did not make my experience at Pandora a good one.

My bracelet broke just after one year of having it. Since it couldn’t be replaced I had to purchase a new one. Which was fine. I picked out an identical bracelet and was excited to get my charms on it. Unfortunately the bracelet I picked out wouldn’t allow my charms to go on it. I was forced to pick a bracelet that I absolutely hate or leave the store with nothing at all. I don’t understand why authentic Pandora charms wouldn’t fit on any Pandora bracelet. This broke my heart. Now I have a bracelet that I hate abs probably will never wear.

The sales associate could not answer any of my questions about the products that she sells or the store's policy. She constantly had to ask the assistant store manager for help or would simply tell me "I have no idea." The worst part for me was the fact that she didnt attempt to help assemble my bracelet, but instead just leaned on the counter, complementing the A.Manager's shoes, and discussing how hungry she was, despite the fact that the store had just opened. I asked her if they no longer assisted with putting the charms on the bracelets and opening and closing clips and latches, to which she replied "I dont know how you want your charms on your bracelet," but she definitely didnt bother to ask either. She didnt ask if I wanted help putting the charms or bracelet on, but instead stood and talked to the assistant manager, who wasn't much friendlier or helpful.
