I was greeted with smiles and immediately approached by sells associates. They were polite and very helpful. And it’s in a very convenient location.

Customer service is a big deal with me. I thought I was going to have to put forth an argument to get issue with defective bracelet resolved and I was ready to plead my case. I didn't even have to raise my defense....they handled the situation in a friendly, respectful manner and in a few minutes issue resolved...even went beyond and cleaned my charms for me.👍

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The store was clean, but the floors were slightly uneven. I almost tripped upon entering and leaving. It took away from the shopping experience a little, but the merchandise was presented beautifully it was easy to find what I was looking for with the staff's help.
