The issue was another employee's attitude towards my mother. My mom notified a white younger woman who worked on 12/12/2021 at night that a bracelet dropped and she was beyond disrespectful to her. My mom said hi I'm sorry I just wanted to let you know the bracelet dropped over there and your employee's response was "I already know" and my mom said "oh okay, just wanted to let you know" and your employee's response to that was " okay well you don't need to tell me because I already know". My mom walked away and i told her to stay by me. I'm not sure what the woman's name was but if ya'll weren't so busy I would have told her about herself. I don't know how this is acceptable behavior from a higher end jewelry store but I really hope a conversation is had with her. I will make sure I go out of my way to not speak to this employee with how disrespectful she was. The younger man we had was ABSOLUTELY wonderful and even with how insanely busy he was he was very fast, kind, and knowledgeable.

Limited sales help couldn't keep up with the amount of customers in the stote.

I was ignored while standing at entry waiting to be helped as all associates were with a customer. However, 2 associates completed transactions with customers & then they began to converse with each other instead of inviting me to counter to be helped plus the next person in line behind me. Once 3rd associate was done I was finally called in, she ended up being store manager, then the 2 assochates standing around finally decided time to work again & called for next 2 in line. I tried to order my charm on line for pick up but website said not available so I was forced to get in store.

Prior to that day one of the employees told me that on the 23rd the whole store is 30% or 50% off which was incorrect but I purchase merchandise anyways

They’re were very few sales associates in the store. Which took longer for someone to help assist me with my purchase. However the person who eventually helped assist me was very polite and helpful.

More staff needs to be hired the wait was almost an hour the longer the wait the mire customers arrived
