Upon entering the store all three associates looked at me and said absolutely nothing. I stood there for thirty minutes before someone asked who was next. I mentioned to my friend that I didn’t know that part of their job description was to look at a person multiple times and completely ignore them. A simple Hello would have been nice. I thought about leaving several times.

I had to make 2-3 trips to store about a problem. Calling and going to store back and forth was time consuming and inconvenient

Messed up my transaction but it was resolved effectively

My mom surprised me with a Nurse charm because I just graduated nursing school. When we got home, part of the color on the stethoscope was missing, and the back of the charm was worn down.

Over all everything was easy and nice, lady was very sweet and calm no line walk right on in and someone is there to help you out
