Sales rep was not knowledgeable about the product I was returning or looking for. The item that I returned was broken and rep told me the item was not available anymore so I returned it then went online and saw that it was still available

Price for a safety chain on pandora.net was $45.00. In store it was $55.00. I told them I saw it on Pandora.net $45 so they checked and gave me it for that price. If I didn't know this, would they have charged me the $55? Doesn't seem ethical!
