Prices are really high on merchandise. There isn't a Loyalty Program that I saw, or was told about.

I felt that the associate was nice but not very interested in the customers unless they were 100% certain of their purchase.

This store did not have the charm I was looking for and the other local stores around didn't have it either. The charms werent out in plain site I had to ask to see the charms.

It seemed as if my sales Associate was new. She had to have help a few times throughout my transaction, but she was great with helping me put together my bracelet.

I would like to look at the charm trays, without the sales person standing there saying “do you like this or that”? I like to take my time when choosing. I felt rushed to make a choice. I was the only customer in the store.

I visited the day before Mother’s Day so I understand that it would be busy but practically every Item I requested, the didn’t have in stock. I got something because my husband wanted to get me something but I’m not in love with it. All the Mother’s Day sets were out of my size, several of the petit charms were out so I had to just settle for the signature “pandora” one, and the rose gold selection was slim pickings

had an issue with a coupon, which took awhile, but finally got a manager to override and accept
