I walked in the Pandora store located at Tyrone mall and was greeted right away with staff. The person who helped me, her name was Rebecca G. and she was great at showing me pieces that i would be interested in.

The wait time for service was too long. I went on a Friday evening and there were only three sales people at the store and approx six people browsing. Then my turn came around (based on order of arrival) and the sales associate decided to tend to another person, she looked at me and went the other way. Thank God! Because the one that ended up helping me was super awesome!

The Pandora associate, whom I believe may have been the manager, seemed to be a bit irritated with my friend and I as we were trying to figure out a perfect 50th birthday gift for our friend. She then asked us whom we were buying for, which I don’t understand that question at all. My friend and I both received the same vibe and we almost walked out of the store without purchasing the gift. She portrayed herself as if we were taking too long to decide, which we were but that is our right as paying customers. The store was no where near closing time either. She made both of us feel uncomfortable being there. I will return to Pandora but if I see this particular associate there, I will keep walking, as will my friend.

Had problem with the clamp on the charm and the salesperson was unsure of replacing it with a new one, after she looked it up and notice that I purchase it less than a year ago. After she went and looked up the policy she exchange/replace it with a new one and I hope that I don't have a problem with it.

Leira, the sales associate was excellent, my issue was the selection of the merchandise and the fact that there were many charms, that I had been looking for that were "retired".

Sales staff seemed not to want to help customers. I had several questions and many of them didn't get answered. Just not impressed

During sale very disorganized, most items on sale sheet sold out and not marked out on availability sheet.
