When you are busy with 20 people in the store there is no time for candid conversation. You’re loosing sales trying to push sales to obvious window shoppers.

Three customers were present in the store to 10 employees had to wait 5 plus min for one of the three people helping the two customers to finish before I was greeted and helped after that initial the visit and sale was great with that few of customers and that much staff shouldn't of had to wait as long as I did for service

The sales girl was young and spoke very fast - it was hard to catch everything she said. She also tried very hard to sell us a cleaning kit/insurance/etc. That was kind of a turnoff.

I didn't think it fair that as I was exchanging an item I didn't qualify for the 125 purchase promotion unless I bought 125. I couldn't use my credit toward the 125 so to me had to spend additional. In a way I was punished for having a gift exchange.

Walking into Pandora I almost tripped on the wooden floor that was raised. The glass displays didn't have anything in them.

I had to make 2 transactions because the associate (forgot) did not ring up one item in the first order. I was unable to get the discount on the second transaction. I came to the store in order to get the discount in the first place.

Nothing wrong with items or sales staff,have not received the bill for items bought.sales assistant said she would email if to us and I am still waiting. Regards Dennis Evans
