I went to the store specifically looking for a specific charm. I showed the sales lady which charm. Before she showed me the one I wanted she pulled 3 other charms to show me before showing me the one I had gone there to purchase. I appreciate her trying to upsale me but if I needed help picking I would have truely asked. Also, the wood floors in the store is unsafe and others could have tripped if they could not feel or notice the imbalance.

Had a problem with a bracelet and since it was on sale, I was not able to exchange it. The clasp will not close easily and I have to leave it on or I can't get it on without help and I live alone. I have many of your bracelets and love them, but this one is very pretty but the clasp won't close easily for me. Manager says this was a final sale and that's the end of that. I returned to the store the day after I bought it hoping to exchange it for one that was easier to close. Bette Gray

I have had Pandora for over 7 yrs. Always try to get the free bracelet during the holidays. Never have I ever had pandora ship item to my house. I tried telling the store employee Andariel but she Insisted that the item was shipped to my house told me to call the customer service number and have them ship it. They could pull up my order and see that it was purchased. Wasn't too friendly I asked her for a puzzle charm which she got for me but she didn't offer me any other items as well. Won't go back to this location in awhile. Which I know there is alot of turn over so I will wait maybe 6 months or so before returning.

When I arrived all the associates just looked at me and not a single one approached me. Finally one of them spoke to me and the left without helping. After 10 minutes I was finally helped by a lady.

There wasn’t much of a selection of merchandise to choose from. The salesperson seemed to not have knowledge of merchandise. The salesperson didn’t greet me upon my arrival to the store

I understand it was during the holiday, when i made my visit, but the line was just incredibly long. More associates should have been available to deal with the long lines.
