Wait time outside and I have a discolored charm they wouldn’t replace after cleaning my jewelry and I still purchased 3 other items. I feel my charm should be replaced I paid $80 for it and the color faded all other charms same color no problem. This one throws while bracelet off because of discoloration

I feel like the employee were unfriendly and somewhat rude. She had an negative attitude toward me and didnt even bother to ask me if I needed help I had to come up to her instead. The ways she act as if I'm there asking stuff for free.

The sales assistant did her job correctly with no problems but she seemed not to have any personality or humor and didn't gel with us as British paying customers -perhaps she was just having an off day.

Sales associate Vanessa seemed like she didn’t want to assist. No interest in making a sale. Check out was ok , no my normal when I’ve visited other Pandora stores in other cities and States.

Maria was very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to be there. I asked about cleaning of my previous purchases, and was told jewelry wouldn't be cleaned until after the first of the year. Also told there were no birth stones in stock.
