To begin, I had gone to this same Pandora a week ago to buy my wife a charm. No issues that day. Line was fine and assistants were fine. I went for a Christmas gift. However, last night I went back to this same location WITH my wife and not one, but two assistants called me out for having been there before. This immediately told my wife that I had bought her something from Pandora and I was not happy. Then, worse than that, we had been waiting in line for over an hour before we got into the store. We had checked the inventory on the website to make sure what we wanted was in stock, but when we got into the store the assistant claimed he could not find the item. This annoyed me. Even today it still says the item is in stock at the same location. Not happy at all about this.

Associate was concerned about commission if I didn't buy. They replaced a damaged charm. She said it would effect her $. I felt bad. Come to find out the charm was replaced and put on my bracelet by another associate helping her. She handed me a bag which I thought was my damaged charm and it was a replacement of the charm that was already replaced on my bracelet. I called the store when I got home. I told them I would return the charm next wkend. Too many hands in the pot. Not new associates fault although I didn't appreciate how she tried making me feel bad about her losing commission from my return. I didn't buy it from her, I didn't get refunded, it was replaced.

Ana should be careful how she phrases how bracelets gender biased, should be nicer about it and gave a different vibe

I had an email communication about the presale event. I went into the store and they said I had to apply for the credit card in order to get a free bracelet. I had to show them my club communication in order to not be required to get the credit card. They brought out the manager who finally said ok. It was a hassle! Clearly they were not trained well. They said they did not get very many club members. Really?! I wonder how many others were annoyed and/or who came in and left because of the store’s lack of knowledge. Very disappointing experience! I will say the associate was pleasant but again not well informed on the promotion.

In the past after purchasing a certain dollar amount of product there has been a Christmas ornament as well as neck less or chains that were provided to the customer. This year I was told you ran out and there is no rain check or anyway to receive this product. For a company like Pandora this is very sad and unsatisfactory!

Had to wait about 30 minutes before going into the store. You was about to loose a customer. The lady in front of me walk off because she was waiting so long and not even one employee came out and said we will be with you shortly. The customer service i give it a 1.

My card was charged for my purchase. System did nkt generate a receipt. Manager and support was called and support advused transacltiok dod not compete. Yet it had been charged to my account and they were about to recharge me when the system rebooted and the receipt printed out they were all in awe after tell me ut was a mere "authorization" but almost charged me an additional $180.00 because of their system.

Went to store to purchase a birthday present for my God daughter. I wanted matching rose gold earrings and a ring. I presented my $10 off $100 redemption from previous purchase. The associate began to show me many different items in showcase as well as in the Pandora book. I made my selections and as I went to cash out the coupon had mysteriously disappeared! All associates began looking for it as I was frantically dumping out my purse to search. It was never found. I left the store only purchasing 1 $65 item. I was later phoned by store associate and told that they found my coupon. stuck in between pages of the Pandora catalogue. Well then it was to late. I am dissatisfied because I feel they should have been able to search the previous purchase for validation code

Destiny was extremely rude. Acting like I was bothering her from the moment I came into the store. Then she had to ask her mgr if she should do an exchange. I asked her if she had a problem with me and there was no answer. I have never ever been treated like this in any Pandora store.
