I asked how much 3 different pair of earrings were she gave me all 3 prices with out checking. I went to another store and came back to buy the pair she said was $55 and then she looks in the book and tells me I’m sorry they’re $60 that’s my fault their are I’ve 200 pairs of earrings. She should have checked the prices when I asked instead of calling off prices off the top of her head.

When I got home with my purchase...I realized that the clips on this years bracelet are not hallmarked. I will be returning it after Christmas.

The selection for larger sized rings are slim. And Ordering wasn't even an option.

Sales clerk not knowledgeable or friendly. Seemed annoyed and bored with my questions. Problems at the entrance with a section of the floor that needed repaired. Always before the clerk offered to clean my bracelet. I did not get a welcome feeling at all during this visit. Rude and disinterested clerk!

My cousin and I were trying to pick gifts for my kids birthday. She kept talking while we were talking. She was not nice.This is not the first time someone was rude at this store. I went few days prior to this to Countryside Mall and they also gave us a 20% coupon for next time which at Tyrone mall we never received. I am very disappointed since the Tyrone mall is closer but I will not mind traveling a little bit longer to get the customer service that I deserve.

The sales girl was extremely rude with an attitude. One of the charms I wanted was on the website but not in the store?

I have tried to contact pandoras customer service for over a month ! No answer back I have called and called send emails no answer back at all ! I have tried to get all my receipts that never saved to exchange charms that have fell off or broken . NO ANSWER !

They do not answer the phone at the Tyrone mall pandora The rep that eventually answered was rude, once I got to the store I wasn't greeted properly. Once I got my items I had to ask for them to be out in a box and I had to ask for a bag. Horrible experience. Will not be going back to this location

Was running and in store and online sale but wouldn't honor in store. Also had a 10% coupons and the sale assoiciate brushed it off like can't be use in store. Also wanted an hour inline.

I made a purchase for my daughter she did not want the bracelet it was too big and pinched her arm. I was not able to make a return or an exchange. That is ridiculous, I have never been to a store where neither option is available.
