My son needed to exchange an item for something else and the lady Maria M refunded him the money and told him he had to come back to pick up the other items.

I was returning a item. The door was closed so I motion to them if they wanted me to wait in the rope area.They said which I though yes. It was a paper on the door to wait in the roped area. Approximately 15 minutes later they let 2 customers out and the sales representative told me that they were closed. I asked them why didn't they tell me 15 minutes ago. They said they told me though a closed glass door that they were closed. I explained to her I did not hear them. The paper on the door cleared said wait in the roped area. I seen 2 sales representative in the store one was with a customer and the other was not. They saw me waiting in the roped area.If was one 655pm and the mall was still open . I had no way of knowing that they were closed. Bad customer service.

The managers were very rude and lazy. They were just sitting around and I was waiting patiently for help. And then a nice young boy came and helped me out.

Sales associate kept harassing me to buy stuff, basically told me what I picked was bad and that I should buy what she suggested. Really annoyed me and I was close to leaving. I told her I’d come back and get more charms later but she kept insisting that I have to get everything right now

Placed an online order on September 18 for free bracelet promotion selected two free bracelets with order and was not on order when received. Call Pandora call center was closed, called the store no answer. Drove to the store explained the situation and was issued a refund and told the free bracelet promotion had not started.

The sales associate was very rude and impatient and didn’t have any items I wanted I felt very rushed and not at all comfortable I’ll be going to the pandora store in countryside mall for now on

I'm not happy that the sales associate was very rure during the whole transaction also I was thinking bout not going to Jared's and just use Pandora but I always have knowledgeable people who greet me with friendly faces and nice attitude when I walk thru the door

Because he store opened at ten I was there 10 minutes early instead of gun opening the door he stood there and watched me wait then walked to the back he was not doing NOTHING. Had me late for work
