This particular sales associate for this survey is not at fault for my dissatisfaction with Pandora. A gentleman at this location was not bale to assist me with a broken slide Bracelet that was purchased 7 days earlier even though I had the receipt. He said due to wear and tear, they could not replace it and to call consumer affairs. This was an even worse experience. First attempt, held over 30 min with no answer. Second attenpt, last week, I was told consumer affairs was in a meeting. I was given a toll free number and when I finally got a rep, she said she was online stores only. Both reps took my name and number and said someone would call me. My number i(404) 431-5972. No one ever called me back. I used Amex purchase protection and received a refund in less than 24 hours. I purchased a new bracelet at Tyrone Mall and so glad I received this survey. I work for American Express and I am so surprised at the poor customer service within Pandora. Another friend said she stopped shopping with your company because her bracelet broke too.

I was given a gift of a bracelet and ring. Both were too small. I was told that without the receipt, I could not exchange the items as more than 30 days had passed since I received them. RIDICULOUS!

Very unpolite and un welcoming every girl that worked there seemed uninterested in customers except a very nice man that was working.. I had to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size that i got my mom for Christmas and the girl made it seem like we were a bother when we asked what style of bracelets were we able to exchange for because the original bracelet they did not have a bigger size. Very rude.

Sales person rude not friendly at all no smiling or anything her face is just blank people like that can not sell or make business ... You can see she hates her job and people in general. Her name was Heather B.
