The sales associate was very helpful. She explained why I needed a specific clip. She was very helpful. Both Sales Associates were attentive and helpful.

The ladies were great! I had 3 Pandora bracelets I wanted to update and they took them all apart, rearranged my charms, I added several and I didn’t even have to ask them to clean everything, they just automatically did it!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Pandora @ Tyrone Square Mall. Paula was very patient with me as i was being so indecisive. She was very helpful, working hard to ensure that I was satisfied. Very pleased with my experience.

Hope at the Tyrone Mall location was amazing!! She was not only very knowledgeable on all the items I wanted to buy but she took the time to clean all my Pandora jewelry I was wearing and packed everything beautifully!! When I go back or send my spouse or family to any location for charms for me, this is the one I will insist on and to see Hope!
