It was close to closing time and the sales representative did not make me feel rushed. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items I wanted. She also helped set up the bracelet to look professional and not just thrown together.

The staff was knowledgeable and it was great first experience for my daughters first real piece of jewelry

I wasn’t satisfied at all because the people in Florida store lied to me about a charm for my bracelet when it wasn’t for my bracelet at all
