I came to get my damaged necklace exchanged and I was very satisfied also came for a birthday charm for my 10 year old granddaughter and the CSR was very helpful and found me a better charm than I would've chosen for the occasion

I had order a bracelet for my mom online for her birthday, and was a little nervous that I may have done her sizing wrong on the measurements. Ashley reassured me that just in case it wasn't the right sizing, I'd be able to exchange it for the correct one! I even went ahead and decided to get her a couple charms as well. I'll definitely be back in to get one for myself!
