Associate went out of her way to find what I was looking for

Sales lady Ann was very nice

the customer service was impeccable. My only problem is that they never have all the charms that I am looking for. I visit this store often.

The sales associate was friendly and was courteous. I called prior to going to ensure that they had the charm. When I came in they knew what I was looking for and got it for me. Marika was very sweet and friendly . She helped my daughter pick out two rings and cleaned her other two rings . The solution made one of the rings turn slight yellow , Marika didn’t hesitate and took the ring back to be cleaned again . Looked perfect when we left !
