The experience was awesome. The sales associate went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the availability of product for particular charms weren't available. I traveled to three different locations, and they all were very low on stock with the reflections collection, which was very disappointing. Aside from this, I was totally satisfied. Thanks

Very impressed with the sanitation station outside the door and limiting customers inside the store. Our sales person, Cayla was very friendly and helpful, going out of her way to fix my bracelet, clean it and assure me it was in great shape after my fall a couple of days earlier that I thought damaged it. Her friendly, helpful manor caused us to purchase two more charms!
