She explained everything l needed to know about the free jewelry box, showing me how to put the charms on the rods. Also explained how to clean my charms and bracelets(l have 5). Enjoyed the purchase process so much because of her.

The associate helped me to pick and design the exact necklace combination I was hoping to get for my wife's birthday. My son and I were in and out within 20 minutes. When all other jewelry stores said no, Panorama said yes. That's a good slogan you can use.

My daughter got me a Pandora bracelet for Mother’s Day and I’m just crazy about it! She put several charms on it for me and I wear it every day. However, I needed to get another charm that you put on the bracelet to keep the charms from falling off so I went to the Pandora store. The sales clerk was so nice and very knowledgeable about Pandora. I found a charm while I was there that was beautiful. It was one of those circular charms that has color on it, and it looks like a blue opal. I was very impressed by this charm, and she said it was the last one they had so I had to buy it! I intend on going back to the Pandora store as soon as I can to get more charms it was very pleasant in there and quite a nice environment! Thank you, Pandora ❤️
