My sister was murdered in July, my husband was there to buy me a special bead, and as I cried in the store, the sales associate was extremely compassionate. She knew what to say, which most people don't really know how to respond to other's grief. While most people are in your stores to purchase beads that bring happy memories, some of us are there for more bittersweet memories. Our sales associate should be the leading example on customer service in those types of situations. If this comment makes it back to the associate, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind while I struggled with the pain. You made a difference in my life.
