Walked into semi-crowded store, received immediate service. I neglected to bring my Pandora credit card. Pandora sales associate was able to locate my account with my phone number. Made quick, perfect exchange of my damaged item. I was in and out, satisfied within moments.

All of the permanent sales associates,are really good with faces, names, and knowing my preference in style. Always smiling and keep me updating on new items that are in, or expected to come in.

We were very satisfied with our purchases. My mom and I picked out the items we wanted in advance due to my mom is blind and it was easier for her to see the shapes of the charms. The salesperson Ashley S. Was very kind and helped us picked out our gifts. Ashley was very excited and knowledgeable in helping my mom.

Excellent customer service..

I took my mom to shop for our Christmas gifts. She is disabled and blind in one eye. Hope, the sale associate made her feel welcomed and helped her in many ways so she could select her gifts. We will be back in the weeks to come for more gifts. Thank you Hope for your kindness and wonderful smile under your mask. :)
