The sales associate, Ashley, was very patient with me, as I was purchasing a gift for a 16 yr old girl, who I do not know what she likes other than her favorite colors pink and white. Ended up with a bracelet and couple of pink bands, sweet 16 charm, headphone, and Love makes a family charm. Ashley took great care in putting the charms on bracelet , gift wrapped it. I think my recipient will be very happy with gift. Will keep you posted. Thank you for great customer service and kudos to Ashley for helping as I have a profound hearing loss and she kindly removed her mask so I could lip read her lips to communicate. Job well done!
