Katie was wonderful. I have always loved this store. This store usually always has the items that I have found on the Internet. I had ordered a charm on line because it said it wasn’t available at this store. I then decided that I wanted a bracelet and two clips to put the charm on that I had ordered. When I started to tell Katie that I had already ordered the charm she said that they had them available at the store. She pulled out the charm and we put the bracelet together and I loved it. She told me to call next time or stop by to see if any items where available. I am so excited to get my charm and to be able to wear my new bracelet. Thank you Katie and Pandora.
